Uptown Pilates has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Failure to contact the studio 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled class or session that needs to be canceled or rescheduled will result in being charged in full.

What to bring?

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for movement and support.

Uptown Pilates provides all workout equipment, including Pilates mats.

For your convenience we have made the following amenities available:

  • Changing Room
  • Cubbies
  • Water
  • Towels
  • Shower
    (except Hamptons location)
  • Toiletries
    (lotions, deodorant,etc.)
